Prevention, from day one.
Khu Khu Parnell is preparing to open without a reported pest issue. This programme establishes a consistent preventive routine from the outset, with clear records to support the restaurant’s Food Control Plan.
Our focus is on early detection, practical corrective advice and discreet service that fits around kitchen operations.

Twelve months, with a clear rhythm.

One visit each month, covering inspection, monitoring, appropriate treatment where needed and practical recommendations.

Five additional call-outs included
For concerns between scheduled visits. Timing is by arrangement, so we can agree what works for the site.

Core pest coverage
Rodents, cockroaches, ants and other crawling pests across relevant accessible areas.

Monitoring upkeep
Glue-board changes in applicable on-site monitoring devices are included.
03 / Records & care
Useful records. Thoughtful treatment.
A dated service report after every visit.
Each report records findings, monitoring activity, actions taken and recommendations. We will establish and maintain a site-specific monitoring plan that Khu Khu can retain with its Food Control Plan documentation.
The kitchen setting comes first.
Treatment around food-preparation areas will be selected and carried out appropriately for the setting. Any preparation, access restriction or stand-down requirement will be explained before treatment.

The five included call-outs do not add a service-visit fee. Separately purchased equipment, specialist work or anything outside the agreed programme is not included and requires prior approval.
05 / Site setup
Let’s walk the site together.
We propose a complimentary site inspection and quotation review, ideally after 5 pm as Michael requested, by appointment.
During the visit, we will assess the kitchen, storage, service areas, entrances and waste area; then confirm monitoring locations and any equipment already present.
06 / Optional equipment and additional work
Only what the site needs.
UV insect light trap
Not included in the quoted price. Suitability, placement, purchase and any ongoing consumable or maintenance costs can be discussed after the site inspection.
Stations, monitoring and proofing
Any new rodent stations, specialist monitoring equipment, proofing or work outside the stated programme will be identified and priced separately before proceeding.
Flying-insect control
If a specific control programme is appropriate, we will recommend it after inspecting the site and price any additional equipment or work separately.
07 / Commercial clarity
A practical programme, agreed before we begin.
This is a proposed 12-month monthly service programme, subject to the site inspection and agreement on final scope.
Practical arrangements will be confirmed in the final service agreement before commencement. Any work or charges beyond the quoted programme require prior approval.
